Submission Process

All authors are invited to submit their original research contributions to the conference through the Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit (CMT).

Authors are required to initially submit their abstracts via CMT. Upon acceptance of the abstract, authors will be invited to upload their full paper through the CMT system for further review. The full paper must be prepared in accordance with the River Publishers template and formatting guidelines.

Abstract Submission

  • Authors should first submit an abstract outlining the scope, objectives, methodology, and key findings of their research.
  • Authors are to required to enter an abstract for the paper. The character range (not words) is 1000 to 10000. 1000 characters is ~150 words. This includes spaces.
  • Abstracts must be clear, concise
  • Include keywords (3–5) relevant to the topic.
  • Ensure the work is original and not previously published or under review elsewhere.

Full Paper Submission

  • Full papers must be submitted through Microsoft CMT following abstract acceptance.
  • Manuscripts should be prepared according to the River Publishers template (PDF format).
  • Paper length: 6–8 pages
  • Submissions must be anonymous (double-blind review format)
    • Do not include author names or affiliations in the manuscript.
    • Avoid self-identifying references.

Microsoft CMT Submission Instructions

Authors must create an account in Microsoft CMT to submit papers.

Upload submissions in PDF format only.

Ensure all fonts are embedded in the PDF.

Select the relevant track/theme during submission.

Add all co-authors correctly in the system.

Important NoteThe submission portal (Microsoft CMT) is in Active Mode. Authors are requested to prepare their manuscripts as per guidelines.

Submission Guidelines

  • Papers must be original and unpublished.
  • Length: 6–8 pages including references.
  • Format: River Publisher template.
  • Language: English
  • File type: PDF
  • Blind Review: Remove author details.
  • Plagiarism: Must be below 10%.
  • Include keywords and an abstract of 150–250 words.
  • Ensure that all references are appropriately cited.
